Julia Rogoff

Julia Rogoff is the owner of Bright Path Independent Facilitators, where she leads a multidisciplinary team of advocates and experts supporting families through special education and the Self‑Determination Program.

She is the mother of an autistic teen and a disability advocate for 14 years, she is known for her clear communication, fierce advocacy, strategic guidance, and unwavering commitment to person‑centered, rights‑affirming support.

Ailina Carona

Ailina Carona is an advocate and mother of three dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. As an Independent Facilitator, she helps families navigate the Self-Determination Program with clarity, strong advocacy, and a person-centered approach.

As a mother of a child with special needs, Ailina brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work. She is known for her clear communication, persistence, and commitment to helping others build safe, supported, and meaningful lives.

Molly Thompkins

Molly Tompkins is passionate about supporting special needs families Her work is deeply personal, shaped by her experience as the mother of an adult daughter with significant cognitive and medical needs.

Molly has completed the Partners in Policymaking advocacy training, strengthening her skills in disability rights, systems navigation, and family leadership. She currently lives in Northern California and spent more than four decades living in Southern California, giving her insight into resources and systems across the state.

Elizabeth Navarro

Spanish Division

Elizabeth serves our Spanish-speaking families joining SDP. Her passion for this work comes from a deeply personal place with sister who has autism. She has given her firsthand understanding of how life-changing the right supports can be. Through years of caring for her, working as a respite provider, and being part of Bright Path, our family-owned business, Elizabeth has made it her mission to help each family to be treated with the same care, advocacy, and hope I would want for my own sister.

Jenn Bowman

I’m a mother of three and an auntie to children on the autism spectrum.

I’m passionate about helping people identify and access the support they need to achieve their goals and build meaningful lives based on their strengths and interests.


My background in functional health coaching, life coaching, and group facilitation allows me to support families through Self-Determination with clarity, organization, and a strong person-centered approach.

Stefani Rodriguez

"As an Independent Facilitator, I support families in navigating and transitioning into SDP. I am passionate about helping individuals with disabilities and their families understand their options and feel confident throughout the process.

With my background, I focus on building trusting relationships and creating a supportive space where guardians feel heard and understood.

I also speak Spanish which allows me to help a wider range of people.

Morgan Orozco

As a mother of three children, including an autistic daughter and a son with ADHD, I bring both lived experience and professional insight to my work.

With over nine years of advocacy experience, I’ve led family support groups, created an online support space for my community, and served as PTA president to advocate for meaningful inclusion of all children in our school. I’m passionate about helping families feel confident, supported, and truly understood.

Jessica Hunt

As both a professional and a parent, Jessica brings lived experience, compassion, and understanding to every family I support. I am the proud mom of a neurodiverse daughter and twin sons with autism, which gives me firsthand insight into the joys, challenges, advocacy, and emotions that come with navigating different needs and support systems.

At Bright Path, I am passionate about walking alongside families, helping make complex processes feel more manageable, and ensuring they feel empowered every step of the way.
